Multisub Energy Limited at a Glance
Multisub Energy Limited is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company established in 2021, making good the Federal Government of Nigeria’s drive for increased indigenous participation in the Nigerian oil and gas sector through the ownership of oil field licenses. It is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed from the interest of Multiplan Nigeria Limited and Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited to operate the Olure Field of OML 49 on a petroleum prospecting license PPL-218.
The company is owned on a 70% and 30% basis by Multiplane Nigeria Limited and Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited respectively.

Our History
MultiSub Energy Limited was established in 2021 as an energy company to pursue upstream oil and gas opportunities in Nigeria. It is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed by Multiplan Nigeria Limited and Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited for the development and production of OLURE Field in OML-49 formally operated by Chevron.
The company is 70% owned by Multiplan Nigeria Limited and 30% owned by Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited.

Leveraging our technical expertise, experience, financial capacity, and access to finance, we are building a resilient business for the long-term, and creating a balanced hydrocarbon resource and production portfolio that enables us to remain competitive and profitable across a wide range of scenarios.
The hydrocarbon portfolio in OLURE Marginal field is very robust. It presents a solid resource base for building a long-term oil & gas production portfolio with strong liquidity generation prospects. Significant opportunity for new drilling potential, conversion of contingent resources into reserves, optimization of production from existing wells, excellent community relations, and impeccable EHSSQ performance provide strong building blocks for production growth and value creation.
