Multisub Energy Limited is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company established in 2021, to develop, produce and operate Olure Field on PPL-218 with a Petroleum Prospecting Licence PPL-218 in a safe and environmentally sustainable manner for stakeholders’ benefit.
Multisub Energy Limited is an independent oil and gas exploration and production company established in 2021, making good the Federal Government of Nigeria’s drive for increased indigenous participation in the Nigerian oil and gas sector through the ownership of oil field licenses. It is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) formed from the interest of Multiplan Nigeria Limited and Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited to operate the Olure Field of OML 49 on a petroleum prospecting license PPL-218.
The company is owned on a 70% and 30% basis by Multiplane Nigeria Limited and Subsaharan Atlantic Energy Limited respectively.

OLURE FIELD (PPL-218):
Olure (PPL-218) field is one of the fields awarded during the 2020 Marginal field Bid round (MFBR). The Olure Field is located within a Swamp area, west of the Niger Delta in Warri North Local Government area of Delta state Nigeria.
The exploration well Olure-1 was drilled in 1966 and encountered Oil and Gas-bearing Sands within the Upper Miocene section.
